This Privacy Policy explains how Giftune (“Giftune”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses your personal data when you use giftune.art. We only collect what we need to create and deliver your song.

What we collect

• Order details you provide — the occasion, who the song is for, the style, the voice and the story/details. This is used to generate your personalized song.
• Email address, if you provide one, to deliver the finished track and give you access to your order.
• Payment information — processed entirely by PayPal. We do not receive or store your card or bank details; we only receive confirmation that a payment was made.
• Technical data — IP address, browser and pages visited, kept in server logs for security and aggregate visitor statistics.
• Advertising and analytics data (visitors from the United States only) — if you visit from the US, Google Analytics and Google Ads tags load and may set cookies to measure traffic and ad performance. Visitors from the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are not served these tags at all, and no advertising cookies are set for them.

How we use your data

• To create your song and deliver it to you.
• To process payments and provide customer support.
• To keep the service secure and understand overall traffic.

Legal bases (where GDPR applies): performing our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running and securing the service, and your consent where required.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary with service providers that make the product work:

• AI music/lyrics providers — the brief you submit (occasion, recipient, story, style) is sent to our AI generation providers to produce the song. Please avoid including sensitive personal data you would not want processed this way.
• PayPal — to process payments.
• Email provider — to deliver your track and access links.

These providers may process data outside your country, including outside the EU, under appropriate safeguards.

Retention

We keep order data and generated tracks for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal/accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export or object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email us at support@giftune.art.

Cookies

We use a functional session cookie to keep your order linked to your browser. It is required for the service to work and is not used for advertising.

For visitors from the United States we also load Google Analytics and Google Ads, which set their own cookies for traffic measurement and ad performance. If you are in the US, you can opt out with Google's browser add-on, by blocking cookies in your browser, or by emailing us at support@giftune.art. We do not sell your personal data.

Visitors from the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are not served advertising or analytics cookies, so no consent banner is shown to them.
