A Song Made for You

These Terms govern your use of giftune.art (the “Service”), operated by Giftune. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.
Giftune creates personalized songs. You provide a brief (occasion, recipient, style, voice and a short story); we generate original lyrics and music using AI and real-sounding vocals, and deliver the finished track to you.
You first receive a short free demo. If you like it, you pay to unlock the full track. Each song is delivered in two versions. Prices are shown on the site and charged in the displayed currency. Payments are handled by PayPal. Song credits, where purchased in a pack, can be used to create additional songs.
You confirm that the names, details and story you submit are yours to use and do not infringe anyone's rights. You agree not to request content that is illegal, hateful, defamatory, that impersonates others, or that infringes third-party intellectual property.
Once your order is paid and delivered, you may use the finished track for personal and ordinary commercial purposes (e.g. as a gift, at events, on social media). Because songs are generated by AI, we cannot guarantee that a track is unique or exclusive to you, and similar outputs may be produced for others.
Lyrics and music are produced by automated AI systems. Results vary and are provided “as is”. The free demo lets you evaluate the result before paying.
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
