Giftune creates a personalized, made-to-order digital product. This policy explains when refunds are and aren't available.
New customers hear a free demo of their first song before paying anything — and of a second one if they leave their email. After your first purchase, every new song starts with a free demo. In some cases (for example, many orders from the same internet connection) a song comes without a free demo; you'll see this before you pay. Please make sure you're happy with the demo before you unlock the full track.
Because each song is uniquely generated to your personal order and delivered digitally, completed orders are generally non-refundable once the full track has been unlocked and delivered.
We stand behind the product. Contact us and we'll regenerate, fix or refund if:
As a consumer in the EU/EEA you have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons. For digital content, this right expires once we have begun performing the contract after you have expressly requested that we start immediately and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. You give this consent with the checkbox above the payment buttons; payment is not possible without it. To withdraw before that, email us a clear statement. This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty or not as described.
Email support@giftune.art with your order details within 14 days. We aim to respond within 24 hours. Approved refunds are returned to your original PayPal payment method.
