Giftune creates a personalized, made-to-order digital product. This policy explains when refunds are and aren't available.

Try before you buy

Every song includes a free demo — you hear a real preview of your finished song before paying anything. Please make sure you're happy with the demo before you unlock the full track.

After delivery

Because each song is uniquely generated to your personal order and delivered digitally, completed orders are generally non-refundable once the full track has been unlocked and delivered.

When we will make it right

We stand behind the product. Contact us and we'll regenerate, fix or refund if:

• the track was not delivered due to a technical problem;
• the file is corrupted or unplayable;
• you were charged incorrectly or more than once.

EU/EEA consumers

For digital content, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once production has begun with your prior express consent. By unlocking and paying for the full track, you request that we begin immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery is complete. This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty or not as described.

How to request

Email support@giftune.art with your order details within 14 days. We aim to respond within 24 hours. Approved refunds are returned to your original PayPal payment method.
